KNH Gruppen A/S was established in 2006. In the beginning the company’s focus was public housing, eleven years later student apartments became part of the portfolio. KNH Gruppen A/S offers both student apartments as well as public housing.
The sister company KBI Group A/S rents out commercial properties and have existed since 1988. Therefore the proprietors manage and sublet a wide range of properties.
We are continuously developing and working towards being able to offer more apartments for students in the foreseeable future. We observe market forces closely and do our very best to be present where it is needed.
